St Andre de Cubzac, France

The vineyard is situated in Saint André de Cubzac, in the northern Gironde, directly upon the crossing of the 45th Parallel. This invisible line splits the hemisphere in two equal parts and expresses the balance that one feels here.

The vineyard spreads out over the Montalon hillside which gives a panoramic view over the plains below and the meandering Dordogne river.

Passion is never whimsical-

"One does not become a wine maker overnight; it’s a responsible decision, not a passing fancy, rather, a Passion.

My unmistakable taste for nature and for laboring the land, along with my desire to live it fully, has brought me to this path.

It was in 2003 that I took over the Chateau Saincrit, a vine-growing property existing for 3 generations.

To take over a vineyard is a difficult choice because we cannot deny its past and the manner in which it had been toiled and improved over the years.

“There is a time in which one must observe the rhythm of the seasons, not unlike a marriage of sorts."
